Personal Experiences - Cont'd.

Personal Experience - Continued

'Whatever you believe in will work, my son.'

This lesson resulted in cognitive resolution coupled with emotional
turmoil. The 'state of awareness' that I was in when these words came
to me was no longer present when I returned. All of the good and bad
in consensus reality fell into place in perfect peace and harmony and
enveloped with total Love at the moment of revelation. When my
awareness returned to consensus reality, the Knowledge remained, the
memory of the peace, harmony and Love remained, but the emotions of my consensus paradigm returned. Even though I retained the Knowledge that Love envelopes all along with the memory of the experience, the
emotional struggle to remain aware of this Balance became a daily task.

I began to see those around me playing the 'game of life' from a
different perspective. This game seemed to be replete with the
constant, individual interpretations of good and bad, right and wrong.
My well established religious and social paradigm provided me with an
instant emotional evaluation of these interpretations, but the words
that I had heard remained a constant reminder:

Whatever you believe in will work.

I had many questions. Lot's of how come and why questions. I was not
alone in this. In my circle of seekers, there were many such questions.
The answers that the Master gave were always simple and direct, too
simple to satisfy my mind. Those around me would often encourage me to just accept, just believe. Most of those in the circle seemed to be
Spiritually 'advancing'. I did not want to disrupt their 'growth' with
my constant, redundant questioning. What a wonderful blessing it is to
have the Master here to answer all our questions. How easy it is to
just accept without understanding. And the Master will not correct our
understanding unless we question. Once it makes sense to us in
relation to what we already believe, her task is finished. If what she
says fits into our paradigm, than it is just what we need for where we
are. I began to see the potential for a belief system developing.

Whatever you believe in will work!

I decided to look for understanding within. The transpersonal realm
would be my first endeavor. Having an innate telepathic ability, many
years of meditation practice and considerable experience with practices
in shamanism, I began to make my explorations. Each journey would yield new understanding; each journey would result in more questions. The process became a scientific discipline. Expand, gather, return,
question, focus and expand, over and over again. The words that I had
heard in my early religious experience returned; 'Seek, knock and ask.'
My encouragement came from the second part of that teaching; 'Keep on
seeking, keep on knocking and keep on asking.'

Each understanding arrived with a choice to either accept fully or to
question further. Each new question repeated the process. I asked my
self if it would ever end; would I ever fully understand the answers
to all my questions? I had a hunch that I would not. Not, at least, in
mind.

Our circle was discussing the transpersonal realm. More precisely, the
third layer; the layer that we normally call 'heaven.' Because our
circle included individuals with very diverse belief systems, no single
answer from the Master would satisfy everyone. To the group, it began
to appear that the Master was contradicting herself in the answers. I
knew what was happening. The Master was responding to each question, as always, from the perspective of the questioning individual's Path. It has been assumed that there is a Path. There is not 'a' Path. The
Path is just for you, just for me, right where we are with what we
understand and what we believe at this moment. The energy of confusion
began to grow in the room. Listening to the questions and the answers
gave me a physical feeling that my head was expanding. I became kind
of disassociated with what was happening, kind of withdrawn into what
I thought was myself. Then an amazing thing happened, and continued to
happen.

Then the Master turned to me and asked,

"Bill, you will explain this?"

Let me tell you, this was a first! And I made what I believed was a
good attempt to resolve the issues. But in the end, it seemed that no
one was really satisfied. In fact, it seemed that most were just as
confused when I finished, as they were when I began.

And now the Master comes to me! Another first.

"You have questions?"

"Well, it seems that I did not do a very good job of explaining the truth."

"You did a very good job of explaining your truth."

"But, I want them to know the truth!"

"Just as there is one Path, and that Path is your Path; there is one
Truth, and that Truth is your Truth. Your students wanted to know
their Truth."

"But there must be only one truth."

"All is Truth. The believer has a Truth. The scientist has a Truth.
The mother and the father have a Truth. The child has a Truth. Each
individual Truth will grow; it will change. The One is Truth, and all
that is, is of The One. This Truth is unchanging."

"I just wanted them to understand; I wanted them to know."

"There is too much mental, Bill. Do you understand, or do you Know?"

"Both, I think."

"Yes, and so do all. Your understanding is in the mind and it relates
to you. Your Knowing is in the Mind and relates to All. As this is
Truth for each Spirit, this is Truth for all Spirit. If your students
are to understand, they must be given Knowledge that relates to their
understanding, not to your understanding. Do you understand?"

I said that I understood. Actually, I just kind of understood. But I
continued my seeking, and as I observed the Master interact with the
group, the understanding became very clear.

Each of us must walk our Path; each of us must speak our Truth. In
walking our Path and speaking our Truth, we gain understanding. Only
in questioning to we gain Knowledge. Knowledge does not come to us
when we question the Path or the Truth of another. Knowledge only
comes to us when we question our Path, when we question our Truth.

The Master Knows the Truth of The One. The Master sees no confusion,
no disharmony, no right and no wrong. The Master will respond to our
question right where we are in our Truth on our Path. And the Master
will be there only when we question our Truth and our Path.

It did not happen overnight, but in time my questions were few and far
between. And in time, there were none.

"You have questions?"

"No, I have no questions."

"But there is a Question in your Heart."

"Well, it feels like a question, but it is more of a wonder."

"You are now the Master."

I know. You want to know more about the Master. Where did she come
from? Is she still here? Is she a real person or a Spirit? (that one
always tickles me)

And, you want to know more about my Path and me. How did you do it?
What 'methods' did you use? What was it like?

This is not about my Path or my Truth. This is about your Path and
about your Truth.

Do you have questions?
