In the last issue, we discovered that there are times in our path when the future
contains many variables. During these times, the decisions we are faced with and the
decisions of others involved in our dance of life have not yet been solidified. In
reality, the future always contains many variables, but we often make choices that narrow
these variables to a select few or even just one. In the unlimited potential of energy, we
limit ourselves by the choices we make.
The beliefs, expectations and desires that we have developed in our lifetime create
tendencies that have a great influence on the decisions we make. We do not arrive with a
paradigm, but soon we have an internal feeling about the way things should be and how
things should work. This is our paradigm, the source of our tendencies.
We are not isolated from the beliefs and expectations of others involved with us in
this movie of reality. The term ‘all things work together’ is very accurate in
describing how consensus reality develops and what influence we have. Even our passing
thoughts are felt throughout The One. Like it or not, we are an integral part of the
whole. Our thoughts, words and actions vibrate in harmony with those of other entities
sharing the same vibration. Together, we are a choir of attention producing the vibrations
of consensus agreement. The result is consensus reality.
You may recall that in our last issue, Sue is faced with a critical juncture in her
life. She wants to know how the future will evolve, but the decisions that she and others
must make are very subjective and the future is very flexible. Sue is still attempting to
get a glimpse of what the future holds and continues to ask questions that she believes
will give her some detail.
Sue, ‘What do you see me doing in six months?’
Recall now that the channeled entity will respond to the literal question and ignore
the implied question. In the illusion of time, our beliefs, expectations and tendencies
combined with those that share the movie with us do create a crystallized image of future
events. In response to the question, the entity will follow the thread of vibrations in
the present and glean a potential for the future.
Channeled, ‘You have someone that is far away, a brother, perhaps?’
Sue, ‘Yes.’
Channeled, ‘And children. There are two children?’
Sue, ‘Yes.’
Channeled, ‘It appears that you will have a visit. You have been planning
this?’
Sue, ‘Well, we talked about it. But my brother didn’t know if he would be
able to make it.’
Channeled, ‘It appears that plans are already being made. You are looking forward
to seeing the children, yes?’
Sue, ‘Oh, yes, I would love to see them again. But as I said, Jim doesn’t
know if he will be able to make the trip.’
Channeled, ‘It appears that he will. You will enjoy this.’
The decisions that we make are not always made on a conscious level. When we share
desires and expectations with others, we tend to unconsciously program ourselves to
fulfill our shared vision of the future. Little decisions we make on a daily basis
accumulate to propel us toward our desires. Although the future is still flexible in this
instance, there is a very high probability that the visit will take place. Many minds and
much attention are devoted to this outcome. Programs, patterns and tendencies of many
entities are involved and in harmony. These are defined boarders in the movie of reality.
Sue, ‘But what if I don’t even have a job then?’
Channeled, ‘You will have the opportunity to enjoy the children more.’
Sue, ‘I don’t understand. You tell me that you can’t tell if I will have
a job in the future, but you tell me that my brother will visit in the future. How can you
know one and not the other?’
Channeled, ‘In this moment, it is never possible to determine the absolute outcome
of your future at all. It is only possible to see what may happen. You wish to keep your
position, but you have a tendency to protect yourself. When you do this, those you meet
with will make choices based on what they feel rather than what they believe. I cannot
determine what you will do at that time. You may follow your tendencies or you may follow
your heart. This is up to you. But I can see that you desire to visit your brother and the
children. And I can see that they desire to visit you. I cannot say that this will happen.
I can only say that this appears in your future and is, at this moment, very possible. In
everything, you have the choice.’
It is important to remember that we are always faced with variables in our future and
that we constantly determine our future by the choices we make on an ongoing basis. Those
routine things that we do on a daily basis sometimes seem to make our life very
comfortable, but there is always the possibility of change and the freedom of choice. We
should remember that even if we do not make a conscious choice to do them, we are none the
less choosing to do them. These ongoing choices result in defined boarders, but they are
self defined boarders.
Our future changes according to each and every choice we make. Because of the
hologram’s sensitivity to initial conditions, subtle choice may result in great
changes. It is good to be aware that we are involved in this and that nothing happens by
accident. There are no accidents. Everything in our reality is the result of choice. We
may not understand what choice or choices resulted in our current movie of reality, but we
should take responsibility for the fact that we are the individual entity making the
choices.
Constant change is a ‘law’ of our reality. As long as we are thinking,
considering and making choices, change will take place. And we are participating even if
we are not aware of it.
Energy is eternal and we are eternal Spirit beings, yet physical reality appears to
have a beginning and an end. In the next issue we will discuss the illusion of permanence
and the effect of change.
